  • WHEN I ORDER A BOTTLE DOES IT COME WITH PRODUCT INSIDE OR DO I NEED TO ORDER A REFILL?

No, your forever bottle comes with product inside. You will only need to order a refill once your first one runs out.

 

  • DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, we ship to all major countries.

 

  • WHO DO I CONTACT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM?

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You can’t return once ordered as unfortunately we can’t resell after it has been used but if your forever bottle is defective we will send you a new one.

 

  • WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DEFECTIVE?

If your item is defective we will send you a new one immediately as long as you can provide proof.

 

  • WHAT IF MY PRODUCTS ARRIVE DAMAGED?

If products arrive damaged we will send you a new one as long as you can provide proof.

 

  • ONCE I PLACE MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

No, as it will be sent to our DHL warehouse and once on their system it cannot be changed so please make sure to write your address correctly.

 

  • CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

You can only cancel an order if done quickly enough, if the DHL warehouse has already started packing the order it cannot be cancelled.
